He was appointed as the Lead Independent Director on 12 November 2024<br \/><br \/>Mr. Lam is also the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of both the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.<br \/><br \/>He is also an Independent Director of Nippecraft Limited and XMH Holdings Ltd.<br \/><br \/>Mr. Lam graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).<br \/><br \/>He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2002 and admitted as a Solicitor in England &amp; Wales in 2008. He is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.
